We had a very busy Christmas this year. ALL the kids came home, not sure when we'll get to do that again. We spent time baking, eating, playing hockey, eating, playing games, eating...well you get the picture. For some reason we were repeatedly asked for world capitols (see globe picture) of which I got part of one only. We went to Jay's sister's house and got to ride behind the four wheeler around the property. A blast! Alex Smith, (our son of the heart) got married to Kate in Chicago and the whole clan went. It was a great time and they have begun the great adventure called Marriage! We will be happy to encourage along the way. Of course we had to play wiffleball, the family game on the Wheaton football field where Blake goes to school. There's a great group of kids on the couch that were at the wedding. We are so proud of all of them, they love the Lord and we can't wait to see how he uses their hearts to follow Him throughout life. The last picture is right before midnight on New Year's Eve in a hotel room with 20+ other family, no better place to be. Thank you God for this wonderful family and for your love for us and for your faithfulness to your name! Help us be humble and fellowship well as we follow your lead.
